By accessing and using our website and Services, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the website or Services.

Purplecat.pk provides a range of digital marketing services, including web design, digital marketing, Google ad services, Facebook ad services, social media management, social media creative forces, and media design. We will deliver the specific services outlined in the invoice, estimate, or proposal provided to the Client. Any services beyond the initial agreement may be added with mutual consent and the creation of an updated invoice, estimate, or proposal.

Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing Purplecat.pk with accurate and up-to-date information necessary for effective service delivery. This includes obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses for any content or materials provided. Additionally, the Client must approve all deliverables prior to their implementation. To ensure project success, the Client should communicate transparently and efficiently, providing all materials and information promptly. We offer easy-to-use service forms to streamline project details. If Purplecat.pk needs further clarification or information to deliver optimal results, our team will contact the Client before proceeding.

    Payment Terms
Our fees will be clearly outlined in your contract or agreement, and invoices will be issued according to the agreed-upon schedule. We offer flexible payment methods tailored to your project type, ensuring we deliver the best possible results with optimal resources. For one-time projects (such as website development), you may pay a minimum 50% deposit upfront with the balance due upon completion, or we can establish payment milestones. Ongoing services (such as social media management) may involve recurring monthly subscriptions payable in advance for service continuity. Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received. We’ll collaborate with you to determine the most suitable payment method for your project’s specific needs.

    Intellectual Property
Purplecat.pk retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to our methods, strategies, and pre-existing materials. The Client will own the intellectual property rights in the deliverables created specifically for the project following full payment. Upon signing a contract or initiating a project, the Client grants Purplecat.pk permission to showcase the completed project in our portfolio, including public online platforms. If the Client requires a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a standard process is in place. Please contact us at info@purplecat.pk for further details.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business, client, and project information.

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 15 days written notice. Termination will not relieve the Client of their financial obligation to pay for any Services already rendered up to the termination date.

    Limitation of Liability
Purplecat.pk will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our Services. Furthermore, our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the Services within the past 6 or 12 months.

    Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided in their current form (“as is”) without any warranties. We cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from our Services, as digital marketing success can be influenced by various external factors beyond our control.
